This is a woodturning project kit. Hardware only. A lathe is needed to make into a finished gadget. Blanks, bushing set, drill bit, and other turning accessories are not included. Includes (5) PKSPRTGM Gun Metal Smartphone Stand & Stylus Woodturning Project Kits. Each kit includes a 3/8" diameter brass tube, stylus holder and tip, and clamping mechanism. Uses bushing set PKSPRTBU. Minimum blank size needed to turn is 3/4" x 3/4" x 1-3/4". This cool little gadget is both a smartphone stand and a stylus. It provides an easy, hands free way for placing your smartphone in portrait or landscape mode. With the black tipped stylus end you can write or type on all capacitive devices. Includes a unique clamping mechanism with notch to securely lock your smartphone in place. Tube is only 1-1/2" long so it is ideal for using blank off-cuts and end-cuts. Replacement stylus tips (PKSPRTX) are available from Penn State Industries.
