Zeplon is a heavy-duty, long-lasting, dry-film lubricant containing PTFE. It provides excellent lubrication in sliding surface-type applications and may also be used as a mold-release agent. Colorless, odorless, non-toxic, and non-staining. The dry film has a temperature range of approximately -50°F to 500°F and is not affected by most chemicals

• Zeplon leaves a long-lasting film of micron-size particles which act as “tiny ball bearings” to reduce friction and wear. Provides better lubricity than silicone or graphite-based lubricants
• The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is suspended in solution, providing an evenly-dispersed coating enhancing lubrication and reducing friction
• The lubricating film dries quickly and does not attract dust or dirt; it is also unaffected by water, acids, alkalis, and most solvents
• May be used as a release agent for injection molding operations; will not adversely affect post-production painting
• Zeplon is an effective lubricant for woods, plastics, metals, glass and many other surfaces
