Northport has been turned upside down with the passing of Peter Gunther, a Northport institution on his own. Gunther’s Tap Room is but one of Pete’s claim to fame, as he was father of four loving children, Delorise’s partner, and as we the public know him best as the owner of Gunther’s Tap Room in Northport, NY.

I love him and miss him, RIP Peter Gunther.

Pete is laid out Tuesday April 19th at Nolan’s Funeral Home, from 2-5 and 7-9  — Procession on Main St. Northport on Wednesday April 20 — times to be announced.
